October 13, 201610 yr Rasmussen has not been very accurate in the last two elections. Probably has something to do with their methodology vs an implicit bias.
October 13, 201610 yr I went back to Rasmussen's article on the day before the election in 2012. They predicted Gov Romney would win. Predicted OH, FL, VA, CO, IA, NH, PA, and WI to Romney. None did. Predicted Romney would win Electoral vote 315 - 223. Obama won 332 - 206.
