Harrison Co vs. Rockcastle

Featured Replies

Can't see the Breds staying with the Rockets much past the first half.

Rock 33

Breds 14

As a Thorobred supporter I just don't see the horses in the stall to beat Rockcastle this year. Make a believer out of me Breds and walk the talk.

Rockcastle 34 Harrison 13

Sounds about right to me. But I think the Breds will get their points in the 4th quarter.

This is the 1st Annual Operation PROJECT UNITE Bowl. There will be a huge crowd there because all of the students at Rock get in FREE. Trophy presentation and shirts, MVP's and all kinds of awards will be presented.

What about former players/students? :D

This is certainly not a flame.....but.....Not sure what you're referring to here??? HC has played one game...Boyle held them in check to the tune of one TD. Boyle is not the Boyle of old...having to start multiple soph's and inexperienced juniors....

To beat a team like Rockcastle...you've got to be able to pound out yardage via the running game....and I just can't see that happening. HC's team speed is highly suspect.....and their offensive line got no push against Boyle.

If I were you....I wouldn't bet your lunch money on a HC win Friday.

Not many teams in the past have been about to pound out yards in the running game vs. Rockcastle. I believe Rockcastle had a few years in a row where they held opponents under 100 yards rushing for the entire season.

If I remember correctly, Rock held Corbin to 40 yards of total offense. Rock's defense is solid and their line is big, strong and experienced with possibly 2 D1 players on the line.

I hear that Harrison Co has a few new players on the team that were held out of the first game. Harrison Co has a very talented team. Don't see Rock blowing them away by no means. Rock better get their offense in gear this week. Defense is great and should keep Rock in the game.

I'm not sure who your source is, but I don't think it is a very reliable source.

Nope just the kids in county that are grades K-12 get in FREE.

ouch...I think the Breds will score

Rock always has and always will be able to play some tough defense. They did hold Corbin scoreless. They are more likely to hold Harrison scoreless than they are to score 35.

This is just not a good time for Harrison County to get a win. They will be entering one of the most hostile environments in high school football at the Rock. The defense has proven to be Rock Hard!! The fullback, #38, I believe is made of rock. Rockcastle will pitch a shut-out with this one.

Rock -21

Harrison Co. - 0
