It's rated for 30 minutes at depth of one meter. So I wouldn't go swimming with it. But it should survive a quick drop in a puddle or into a toilet. And using it in the rain shouldn't be a problem. Water damage still isn't covered by warranty.

Well all right then. When I ordered it they said it would be between Nov. 7-14th when I received it. Just got a notification saying is has been shipped and I should have it tomorrow.
