Yeah. We've offered Next for 3 years but had the options for subsidized contract pricing up until Jan. Of this year.

 

Which for most people, it's word different doing an upgrade this way but the overall bill is no different for most people than what it was on the old plans.

I know the Apple store in Louisville was doing a "back to school" special and offered these for "Free" w/ a new iPhone upgrade. Here is hoping they do the same with the 7.

This might be old news to you, but you might try getting your new one at an Apple store (one in Evansville, right?). From my understanding you are just bound through them for the price of your phone--max 24 months--, but you can switch from VZ to AT&T (or vice versa) at anytime w/out penalty.

New plans

 

$60for unlimited talk, text, and 6GB data and no overage charges

 

$20 for each line + cost of installment ($21.67 for iPhone 7 32GB)

 

Pay $39 up front for iPhone 7.

 

So the MRC for a 2 line account.

 

Old plan = $155 a month ($60 plan + + $25 texting + 2 $30 data plans + 9.99 for second line) plus tax

 

Out of pocket $400 for 2 new phones

 

New plan = $143.34 a month ($60 plan + $20ea for 2 lines + 2 $21.67 installments) plus tax

 

Out of pocket $78 for 2 phones
