August 4, 201610 yr 19 1/3 entering the game tonight. Why? Just wondering, seems like he hasn't pitched for the Reds much at all. I know he was hurt at the beginning of the year but expected him to become the closer at some point.

August 4, 201610 yr Quite some time ago I opined that the Redlegs would show marked improvement sometime in early July/All-Star break/July 4 (I can't remember exactly) if for no other reason than the return of starting pitching. Looks like I was a couple of weeks late.
August 5, 201610 yr They won 2 of 3(could have swept) without Disco,Cozart or Bruce. 3rd place in Division is easily attainable. Cardinals are awful
August 5, 201610 yr No reason for Reed to be on this roster, send him down. Why? Are you expecting them to make a late run for the wildcard? Stephenson and maybe Garret will be up soon enough when they shut down Finegan and Reed. 6 weeks ago everyone was clamoring for him to be called up to replace Simon.
