Trinity junior transfer Rondale Moore

Featured Replies

It is a big deal recruiting wise. More college coaches walk through Trinity than they do NA so it's opening up some opportunities that he would not have had there. If he's a top recruit in the nation he'll get seen anywhere but he sounds more like a three star he'll benefit from being at Trinity. I see this stuff happen all the time in Georgia which makes it hard to build a program.

I guess that's what I am really getting at Rockin...if he's a legit recruit, where he plays becomes irrelevant. If he's not that guy, then exposure does matter. I don't have anything against Trinity or their reach...but I am also on the side that if you can play at that level then where is not as important for that guy as it is for the middle of the road young man that may really be MAC kid who gets a lower tier SEC kid. If that makes sense.

Did the player move to Louisville or does he still reside in Indiana?

His offer is from Kentucky and Indiana right now. To me that's middle of the road. But that's just my opinion :)

He moved to Louisville to live with his dad.

It doesn't matter whether any of us think the kid is better off going to Trinity. It only matters if his family thinks he is better off. My opinion is that every young man would benefit from a Trinity education, regardless of whether they play any sport. Welcome aboard young man.

Thanks. Good move for him.

I heard about a month ago that Trinity was getting 2 transfers from New Albany. I saw a CJ article about Stephen Herron a 6'4" 225 DE who already has an offer from U of L that is coming to Trinity this fall as a sophomore. The article said he is coming to Louisville to live with his dad who went to U of L and is a huge Cards fan. I couldn't find out anything about the 2nd New Albany kid until this thread came up.

I was also told that the Rocks are getting a kid from Ensworth. Anyone know the scoop on that young man?

Nope, this is the first I've heard about anything like that.

Lol, I meant that's the first I've heard about an Ensworth transfer. I thought that was the kid you were asking if 'anyone knows the scoop on'.

You are correct. Just thought I'd throw on the link about Herron. Nice story.

At least 2 significant football and one in basketball from Central...

Will Oak Hill or IMG be on schedule soon?

It's really unbelievable such a joke so obvious !

You are aware the KHSAA prohibits members from playing teams that are not members of their local state high school association.
