Something you thought was bad or dumb until you gave it a try

Do you mean the sport itself, or seeing a race live? Or both?

All of the above.

I never understood the fascination until I went to a few races. In person it's awesome, there's so much to watch around the track. I can watch it on TV now too, when I never could before. I still don't watch it a lot, but it's tolerable now.

Snapchat

Never would have guessed you for a Snapchat person. I don't get it. I sorta of understand why the kids use it, but what benefit is snapchat to you ?

Going to a race is awesome. It got me hooked for a spell.

My girlfriend works for a digital advertising agency and she focuses a ton on social media. She's the one that got me into it. Never would have given it so much as a look otherwise. I don't take pictures much myself but it's a fun way to goof around with friends.

Dad and I have front row seats to tomorrow nights race in Sparta. Looking forward to it.

Should I translate that as hot, drunk young ladies that like to show off their stuff? :lol2:

I'll admit. I don't get it at all.

Gross.

Snapchat is fun, but it isn't earth-shattering. It's mostly just a way to joke around with my friends. I don't know how the high school/undergrad generation uses it. I guess I'm too old to access it's full potential. :lol2:

Is there an alternate translation?

I actually haven't really seen any of that in my times there, but I'll be sure to look tomorrow. :D
