Nope. Not really a fan.

I've tried a time or two but Ricky Skaggs ruined it for me.

I love good Bluegrass music. I've always been a fan of the sound of a mandolin.

I went to Rudyfest in Grayson over the weekend. Great time. The Lonesome River Band is great.

And no Bluegrass discussion is complete without a mention of the "Father of Bluegrass Music", Kentucky boy Bill Monroe

 

I like some of the old and some of the new.

 

Here's one of the new(er).

 

And I love the Chieftains' collaboration with Bluegrass artists on "Down the Old Plank Road/Nashville Sessions".
