June 22, 201610 yr New temp working for me has "White Pride" tattooed on the back of his arms, is that racists??? He’s been here two weeks done a good job so far today he has on sleeveless shirt. Should someone be let go for a tattoo?

If he's not spouting off about blacks/latinos/Muslims/etc and he's doing his job and he's not costing yuo business then I let him go.

June 22, 201610 yr We work in a factory manufacturing environment 12 people on floor I will assume he has caused no issues. Until then let him be. Do you have any Latinos or blacks working on the floor?
