UPDATE: I just looked the 3 people named as the interim board don't appear to be currently on the board so all board members have been removed.

He implied that the 3 named as interim members would be on the new board, that there would be 10 more named for a board of 13 rather then the current 17. Also said that current members COULD be recommended to him for re-appointment and he would consider them.
