June 15, 201610 yr My wife owns a cleaning business that does the cleaning of apartments at Brookstone Apts in Campbell County, and Overlook Apts on Turkeyfoot. They are kind of pricey but prett nice. She also does Glen Hollow Apts in Campbell County which aren't quite as nice, but a little cheaper. Those complexes always have a few apartments available and they are always super clean when people move in!!

June 22, 201610 yr Depends, do they like a suburban or rural area? There are two nice places in Edgewood very close to St. E's. One one the places is called Grandview Summit. I don't recall the name of the other place but they are right across the enterance from Grandview Summit, and they also have some buildings on the Grandview Summit property. Both are really nice, they have some 3 bedrooms that are gods sized apartments as well.
June 22, 201610 yr Loved living in Aspen Pines off of the Double A. Never had issues with management either.
