May 26, 201610 yr Ok, so here's my package tracking. I still don't have it. I called to find out why it was sent back to Atlanta, but they don't know. Someone is going to follow up on it. I should hear something back in 3-5 days. It is now at it's 3rd Atlanta facilities since I called. Sure could use a FedEx or UPS guy.

May 26, 201610 yr Definitely strange. What does it say when you track your package? That tracking info is unavailable at this time and that the last update was that it arrived in Lexington KY on May 21st at 1:02 AM. It's schedule delivery date is Monday May 23rd between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM

May 27, 201610 yr Author Well it passed though a total of 4 facilities in Atlanta. At 6:29 it arrived in Louisville.
May 27, 201610 yr I spent some time working with UPS. Trust me, this stuff happens all the time with every carrier. UPS and FedEx also handle a lot of the USPS packages, surepost with UPS and smartpost with FedEx are who handles a ton of USPS packages. The package is shipped through UPS or FedEx, sorted, then should be taken to the proper local post office on a FedEx or UPS truck. Then sorted by USPS, then delivered a day or so later.
