Ohio has Cuyahoga County, Pennsylvania has the Philly inner city precincts, VA has Clintonite Terry McAuliffe as governor. The DNC has secured the fix in at least the 3 states above if not all of them - as long as its HRC that is on the ticket. Bernie probably gets no such help if he were to compete fairly for the nomination. Biden as stand-in may get the DNC fraud machine behind him in a pinch.
