Entrants have 10 days after the combine to decide, which is May 25th. To my knowledge, there is no reason to declare for the draft if you're going to announce your return this quickly.

Yeah, I'd be shocked if he didn't make it far beyond a 2nd contract. His ability to hit the jump shot and execute the pick and pop is perfect for the NBA game.

As bad as Skal is, he is the type that could go into an NBA game today and put up 6 PPG in a reserve role. Now his +/- would be atrocious, but still... Actually, it wouldn't be too bad because he would foul out in 5 minutes.
