March 31, 201610 yr KW knows where he's loved. Most UK fans aren't upset that he left and understand why he did so. I'm not bitter about him leaving and wish him luck with his tour.
March 31, 201610 yr I personally thought it was awesome that he was coming back. He continually thanked and interacted with the BBN on social media for their support of him. And if you're mad that he makes some extra cheddar from the good people of our Commonwealth, that sounds more like a you problem than a Wiltjer problem.

I am not sure he can make it in Europe either. I mean this with no disrespect, but you know when you go to the YMCA and there is that one guy that schools everyone with no talent - the guy was named Larry and he was a janitor where I was from as a kid - that could be Wiltjer x 50.

He wouldn't have helped this year because he would have already graduated. if he'd stayed at UK, he would have graduated last year. Sat out a year due to the transfer. He would have spent his senior season playing behind KAT.

If Ryan Kelly can find a roster spot in the league then I imagine there may possibly be a spot for Kyle Wiltjer somewhere. You never know.

If there wasn't a market for him he wouldn't come. Obviously there is always a market for a UK basketball champion to come to the state to make money.

Until Bernie Sanders becomes President, you live in a capitalistic country brother. So you can't hate on someone for wanting to make some money. I don't fault Wiltjer at all. It's a smart business move and people will line up out the door to see him.
