March 16, 201610 yr It's definitely not grades .... much worse a issue that should have been addressed all year that was let go. I'm not talking about all kids that play sports at mason county because I have kids that go there also so it's not all kids that are disrespectful but if you follow the program you know what I'm talking about such a shame.
March 16, 201610 yr I agree with proudmomma they do deserve to play at Rupp I have two young men that play for the team and they are in no way disrespectful or deserve to be put down as a black eye for the 10th region. Also what happened did not happen before region so there is no eligibility issues.

March 16, 201610 yr And. Just to pile on, it's not like Augusta beats all comers. Campbell or Paris could have beaten Augusta as well. It's a black eye on the region for people to pile on a kid (still a kid, after all) who made a mistake. Which isn't public information, even though posters on here wanna win some kind of award by posting it on here... Poor kid needs some love, not a bunch of people bashing him.

March 17, 201610 yr I don't think this would have happened on Fred Hester's watch, and I doubt that Chris O'Hearn (AD) would have plagiarized the school and program by allowing Williams to play knowingly ineligible. Sorry for the Royals, Buddy Biggs, and Mason County H.S. while in the spotlight of the state. Didn't a similar thing happen involving Wes Jones a few years ago???????
