We still read about cases of voter fraud -- like the Cincinnati nun who cast an absentee ballot for her deceased religious sister because she "knew how she would have voted." Voter fraud likely never will go away. (Most fraud involves absentee ballots.) All I'm saying is that there are six zeroes before we start hitting real percentage numbers. The notion that voter fraud can actually sway major elections nowadays is nonsense.
