To my recollection, this is the first year they've ever modified boys state tournament game times. The bracket has always been locked in. They've have done this for baseball. I think it is a good idea.

 

Are they really modifying the game times? I think that is just a typo and the games are set as usual. I believe the region 10 vs region 5 game will be played at 1:30 on Thursday and is incorrect (shows 6:30 on Thursday) in the current bracket on-line.

 

I could be wrong and if so, I am surprised the times are not locked in now.

They did change from the standard bracket times for the first two rounds. The times on the bracket are accurate and are now locked in.

Don't count out East and West Carter, but the problem is them, Elliott and Morgan are all in the same district. That district is loaded. True. I just threw out names off the top of my head and with minimal research involved.
