See how many started as 9th graders and then how many graduate four years later. You will be pretty darn close. January 21, 201610 yr There must be a population qualifier because Booneville didn't make the list. Fortunately Owsley has the smallest county seat in the state, population 110, and saves us from these type of list, lol.

Were they basing these findings on posts by BGP-ers from those locations? @theguru, maybe you could list the BGP-ers from the ten dumbest cities in the Blue Grass state. All I know is I have lived in some of the smartest cities in the Commonwealth!

January 30, 201610 yr Just noticed that Cumberland was not on that list anywhere. Wonder why and what other cites were left off. According to the last census, Cumberland met the population requirement.
