When I watched them earlier this season it was their defense that impressed me the most. Having beaten North Hardin and now South Laurel in this past week it seems that things are looking up for Taylor County.

Seems like Taylor County is taking a few steps in the right direction.

Taylor county is starting to make a case for being in the top 20 again. After looking at the rest of their schedule they have a good chance to win most of the rest of their games. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the top 15 by the end of the season.

Two of their last three games are Dunbar and Hopkinsville. Those will be important games if they want to rise in the rankings. They're looking like the favorite in the 5th again.

Taylor looked like a completely different team than when I watched them before Christmas. A little more team oriented.

 

South Laurel played much better in the first half, but didn't shoot it well in the fourth. They killed Taylor on the offensive glass, but had too many turnovers late in the game.

He had some foul trouble, but didn't have to sit on the bench for too long. His teammates didn't do a good job of getting the ball to him, especially in the second half. Most of his offense came from offensive rebounds.

Was wondering, cause they let him away with murder in the 13th. Just didn't know if other regios refs would allow so much contact just be cause he is so big.

Too bad Gatewood can't coach and Goodin and Sloan are selfish. :ohbrother:
