September 22, 201610 yr For lunch today we ate at Wendy's. I had chili husband had double cheeseburger fries and a frosty. For supper we ate at the Winking Lizard. I had spinach dip and chicken gumbo soup. Husband had French onion soup and wings. This is my favorite restaurant in Cleveland.
September 25, 20169 yr New restaurant in winchester called Blue Isle. We had fried chicken , greens, baked apples and red beans and rice. Very good. We had carry out and restaurant was full. Buffet on Sunday is only $11.99. Most everything is made from scratch.
September 25, 20169 yr Enjoyed a good shrimp po boy wrap at Sis's in Newport this week for lunch. Fries and a couple sweet iced teas came to $10. Then enjoyed a solid dinner at Flipdaddys w/Mrs. C1. Four drinks, two apps, and a chicken ceasar salad with tip for less than $45! Bruschetta and chicken wings were a pleasant surprise. The Elliot Ness Amber lager (Great Lakes) was very good! :thumb:

October 3, 20169 yr Lunch at longhorns Later in the day went to Bonefish. Went to try out Lisse was not open so went to Dee Felice. Stopped by knotty pine on the way in. Love date day.
October 3, 20169 yr Ms Slick had to be in Cynthiana this afternoon so I had her pick me up a Leonos supreme pizza. Pretty good if you like thin crust.
October 3, 20169 yr Yesterday was the Saturday special at Pasquale's. 15" Pizza with 3 toppings (ham, mushrooms and extra cheese) and ten wings (bone-in, hot sauce) for $14.99.
October 6, 20169 yr Chinese takeout isn't much to brag about around here. The Great Wall in Paris has really good shrimp lo mein, though. Ms Slick said many reports of roaches recently so we went Paradise Cafe for takeout today, it was good. Chicken lo mein crab ragoons and Hawaiian chciken.
