Heard last night that he is optimistic that he'll be able to play. Not sure how much I believe that, but Dalton at 70% will be better than a healthy McCarron IMO.

As long as the Steelers continue to trot out #41, a QB with a pulse is all that's necessary.

I'm diggin' the trash talk. For starters before we get too deep into ripping the others teams and one another. Congrats to both the Bengals and Steelers for advancing into the playoffs. Yes we have our bias and I think our division is the toughest in the league.

 

Would have enjoyed a second round game or AFC Championship between our squads so we can gloat after beating a couple + other teams. Enough with the diplomacy....here are some facts and some insights for this upcoming WAR!!!

Whether folks have noticed or not biggie ben has thrown 2 INTs in the last two games and the steelers have turned the ball over via fumble as well the last two games. The Steeler running game is virtually non-existent. ben may throw the ball 60 times on Saturday night...:lol2:

 

The steelers have found a way to win considering the opponent yesterday was the browns. The steeler d will win or lose the game for them against the Bengals. Bad ben will show up and keep the Bengals in the game. Let me clear my objective football throat....

 

The Bengals are having to overcome their coaching via too much time to get a play in and the :35 clock expiring burning potentially need TOs when scoring is on the line. Also the lack of discipline with false starts and 15 yard penalties for late hits, etc....Marvin and others haven't put their foot up the appropriate hind ends so we continue to struggle with this :poop: in week 16.

 

The aluminum curtain is dirty and will bait Drekirk. and burfict because they are easy prey.....expect at least 1-2 PFs from both Saturday night. The keys to the game for both squads will be pretty easy.

 

steelers will blitz relentlessly and pressure an inexperienced AJ ( no INTs btw so far ) as they should taking advantage of a middle of the road, and inconsistent Bengal o-line. The Bengals cannot afford to just bring 4 d-lineman to rush Ben and let him order hudy delight and coneys from the field. Bengals will need to blitz aggressively and mark H. Miller. A. Brown is a beast but Miller is bens go to when the poop is hitting the fan. If the Bengals hold Brown and Miller to a combined less than 20 receptions we win.

 

I'm calling it 27-24 Bengals in a knock down drag out....expect more fines, cheap shots, spearing, baiting, eye gouging ( by the steelers of course )....but a Bama QB will lead this Bengal Team out of the playoff funk....

Long, long time, first time. I completely dread having to play the Steelers in the playoffs. Marvin has shown way to many times his inability to manage time in a game. The O's constant need to take a stupid, meaningless timeouts early in both halves is going bite them again Saturday night along with thee O-lines mental mistakes and getting beat on the edge. I have uber confidence in the defense, but the Offense will make them stay on the field to long and I predict the Steelers will eventually ground out a 27-13 win. I sure hope I am wrong, but past history will prove me right I believe. For the record I've only ever been a Bengals fan.
