January 3, 201610 yr Thanks. Old Dexter is obviously not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I do feel sorry for the other people on the set with him. His idiotic comments put them in a tough spot. They have to be shocked and then have to quickly figure what to do...just let it go, call him out on it, try to save him by making a joke about it, etc. I am sure off camera, they wanted to smack him upside the head...
