Also, development along Independence & Cody Roads may be more logistically sound than the Richardson Road side. Could be Willows is retained, while Pioneer and Fox are dug up. Just a thought. Hopefully, it remains a (3) courses for years to come.

Hopefully, it remains a (3) courses for years to come. They'll need a new clubhouse, regardless of the course(s) they keep. If I had to guess, they keep Fox Run. They build a new clubhouse closer to Fox Run on what is currently Pioneer. Willows and Pioneer become up-scale homes with entrances from both Richardson Road and Independence Station (4-way intersection at Cody Rd). Personally, I want it to remain public as it's right by my house. At the same time, I can only hope that it may help my property value some if it's goes high-scale.

January 30, 201610 yr I think Golf Courses make bad pricing decisions. If I am paying 2000-3000 dollars a year to be a member, then why am I paying 16 dollars to use a cart every time. If you do the math and I play 30 times over the summer, I am still paying 26 dollars to play. I can get on golfnow and get a cheaper deal.
