As much as we all complain about things here in the US (and there is plenty to complain about), I think we all (or at least most) agree that we are incredibly blessed to live in the good ole USA. If you could not live in the US any longer and could choose any other country to live, which country would you choose? Why??

That was my first thought.

Plus, it's summer right now.

From your posts in another thread Papa, I thought you were going to say Idaho:lol2:

Daughter's boyfriend is from Perth.

You never know.

Is he going to "steal" her away to Aussie? I only have been to the east side of Australia, nowhere near Perth...went to Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania and Cairns...all very beautiful.

Well, I do have family there. Nice place to visit, but...

...and here's a picture of a hot spring that we visited. Ol' pap in his swim trunks will not be visible, but it was a pretty neat place.

His current plan is to move permanently to the States, pass his DPT exam and practice here. Same plan as my daughter.

Spain. Have to respect a place that believes in staying up late and getting a good nap in the afternoon...

I've never been to Spain.

Australia. They have golf and nice weather. Plus the weakest part of my golf game is bunker play and there has never been a bad bunker player from Australia. Haha
