The spinmaster has certainly spun his web on you

You honestly believe Pitino would sacrifice overall season success to beat UK? Like, you REALLY believe that?

I didn't say it wasn't a big deal.

I said it doesn't matter in terms of the season. And it doesn't, for either team.

Agreed. I'd also argue that outside of bragging rights, it doesn't matter all that much to the fan bases either. Or at least not to the rationale aspect of the fan bases.

There must be a different one, because the one I just read certainly doesn't warrant this kind of response.

Except that he straight up lied about the postgame press conference and credited Kentucky's victory to a couple of 3's from the mid court logo.

Oh and he didn't mention his middle finger salute.

He needs to stop talking publicly without a PR person.

Duh Deuce, we all know Pitino would be much happier if he went 1-25 with the one coming against Kentucky, then if he won the ACC and the title. :lol2: :D

How did he lie about the press conference?

The main reason UK won IS because of their three point shooting... If you don't like how he said it, get over it. :lol2:

I was one of the biggest Pitno supporters there was. Still grateful for all he did for UK and thankful he wasn't at Uk when the Sex scandal and Stripper story hit. I hope he stays at Louisville forever.

I think some of these folks really believe that. :lol2:

Sad that so many of you put so much stock into one game a year.

I assume his website stuff would be through a PR person. :idunno:

Whether he meant to flip the bird or or not - which he probably was - he isn't going to own up to it so I would just let it go.

His SID announced to the media that Rick will be coming to the podium. Then he said now he will be outside his locker room. Then he said he isn't talking to the media at all. If he said no media 24 hours earlier, why would his SID say he'll be at the podium soon? It's a lie.

Kentucky didn't hit any shots remotely close to the mid court logo. He should just be gracious and say Kentucky played a great game.

Who said anything about so much on one game a year? If this makes you feel better about Louisville Deuce than congratulations. I'm over Louisville and ready to move on to the SEC, but without the heckling for my Louisville friends each year.

To the bolded, I obviously wouldn't know all that information, so thanks for clearing that up. Still doesn't really bother me one way or the other, and wouldn't bother me if any coach did it. Media folks just don't like it because they have to work a little harder for their stories.

UK hit at least two threes that were ridiculously deep. No, not at the mid-court logo, but you're just being difficult as usual. While I don't disagree that he should have just said "UK played great," you are just looking for something to be upset about, again, as usual.

I feel awesome about Louisville regardless of what any UK fans think. :lol2:

11-2 with losses on the road to the #1 team and #12 team in the country. I'm much more optimistic about the rest of this season than I was prior to the start. Thanks for checking though.

You're very much welcome. :lol2:
