The NYT analysis would disagree with your analysis. Kagan, Sotomayer and Ginsberg vote liberal about 70% of the time while Breyer is at 59%. Kennedy was right at 50% while Roberts and Scalia were at 45% liberal vote and Thomas and Alito were at 40% liberal vote. Surprised me, although the data is from the 2013 term. I would love to see an analysis for each term.

That's interesting. I suppose it's better data than my eyeball test. :lol2: But, I don't find Kagan and Sotomayor to be much alike in how I would define them as liberal, for instance.

Be careful what you ask for. Trump speaks to the decline of the middle class due to Free Trade agreements and to other middle class issues. He would certainly be more aggressive defending the country without going on any foreign interventionist expeditions. I'd love to see him bully Hillary!

All of them are different situations and all complicated in their own right. This is probably a conversation better had in person so context is easily seen and heard. Things come out in a different form when read and I don't want to offend anyone or make any potentially dividing comments.
