I think a lot of the problem is that RTS and JD have tens of thousands of dollars tied up in guns-bombs-bullets, including weapons similar to those used at San Bernardino and Colorado Springs. They are semi automatic, they fire as quick as you can pull the trigger. So do pistols, deer rifles and on and on and on. At least be honest with others if you're not honest with me. The fear is that these .223 rifles can be converted to full automatic, which is what our Natural Born Killers in San Fernando were trying to do.

Actually, as with a single fire weapon or a semi-automatic weapon, you are taught to fire center mass and fire until the threat is neutralized.

I find it ludicrous that you hold the weapon more responsible than you do the criminal that uses it.
