Bishop Brossart's Alex Trentman scores first college points

Former Mustang red-shirted last year at Christian Brothers, and while the Bucs lost their first two games of the season, Trentman scored 4 points in the team's opener. Hit his only field goal attempt & also a pair of free throws.

CBU plays Trevecca Nazarene on Thursday in Nashville, TN. and will head up to Louisville to take on D2 powerhouse Bellarmine on Saturday @ 6:00PM. Augusta's Brent Bach is in his sophomore season at Bellarmine and is starting to get minutes (including a start vs. UC in the exhibition game) . Bellarmine is 2-0 and just defeated Saginaw Valley State who is lead by Kellen Smith formally of Scott HS.

Pretty good showing by some former 10th region standouts!

 

Bellarmine also features Cov Cath's Nick Fredrick. Bellarmine should be a fun atmosphere this Saturday night. Great place to watch a college game.
