Your playoff Rankings this week ? (11/15-22)

Featured Replies

ND took a big hit with Stanford's loss to Oregon.

I do not think Ohio State gets in as a one-loss team (a lot of moving parts though).

I think OU is if it started today.

Bama took a hit with the LSU loss to Hogs but I'd say they're still in as of today. If they win out they're 100% in.

Oklahoma has the worst loss on their schedule and I think they will get in. I don't think there will be a change in the rankings this week. Stanford losing hurts the Irish because now if they beat Stanford, it's going to be a 3 loss team and the best game they have on their schedule is a loss.

2014 Va Tech spanks OSU at home, OSU gets into the playoffs despite many making the same argument you're making today.

How soon we forget.

I know you really don't understand football, but try to follow. Rankings are as of now, as in this week. Wanna go back and see where OSU was ranked this time last year before they beat MSU and Wisky? Go ahead. Appease me. IF Bama wins out they are in, but as of this week their resume is garbage and they have a loss. Just like ND does. Just like Baylor does. Just like Oklahoma does. And their best win? A B1G school thats not going to even win their division, that distinction goes to an undefeated Iowa team. And as usual Bama had that game on a neutral field, they refuse to play anyone decent in a home and home. They are the Duke of college football.

Seriously???? That's ALL you got to justify your hypocrisy?:laugh: At this time last year OSU had a two touchdown loss at home to a 5-6 loss team and they were in the conversation at number 6. You were wrong, I called you on it. Get used to it, seems to happen a lot with you.

My top 4 in the rankings:

1. Clemson

2. Ohio State

3. Alabama

4. Notre Dame

The 4 Best Teams Right Now:

1. Oklahoma

2. Ohio State

3. Alabama

4. Clemson

The four best right now is Oklahoma at number 1? A team who lost to a bad Texas team. Then beat a Baylor who was playing against their first good team and with a freshman qb making his second start ever. Oklahoma has more games to prove it though. This was a nice win though.

Ohio state hasn't played anyone all year and really only looked good one game this year. Also didn't look very good at all in the win this week. So just curious to see you rank them as the best two right now.

Oklahoma looks the best out of any team right now. Period. I didn't put them in the rankings, but they are playing better than any team right now. They completely shut down Baylor's offense (it doesn't matter who the QB is at Baylor, completely system based) and their offense is playing better than anyone in the country. I honestly have no idea how they slipped up against Texas, but they have been the best team in the country since that game. Also I'm going to put Ohio State in there just because of my own personal convictions and they are playing as defense as well as anyone right now and we all know what Zeke is capable of. As a die-hard Ohio State fan, the only team that concerns me is Ohio State. When they are playing at their best they are hands down the best team in the country and its really not even close. They know it, the fans know it, they just have to show it.

I think this photo sums up why the committe is high on Alabama and Notre Dame.

The Baylor system is great but even a freshman qb needs more time to learn it to run it to the best of its ability. The Baylor offense now is still good but not as good as it was with the true starting qb.

It's amazing how bad of schedules some of the teams have played. A lot of back loaded schedules for most teams.

Alabama's FBS opponents record is 61-38 .616 and Notre Dame's is 55-44 .556 so their schedule is far from garbage. The garbage schedule at this point belongs to the Big 12 and Big 10. Alabama and Notre Dame probably be ranked 1-2 this week. The good news is, the schedules are so back loaded for most teams, the SOS will catch up with most and we will have a better picture of which teams are actually good and which teams have just played an easy schedule.

While it does provide some duds early and in the middle of the season, I personally don't have a problem with the backloaded schedules. While Bama is playing some FCS team this week, Ohio State is playing Michigan State. I'm sure Bama would love to play Ole Miss this week and play an FCS school the week they played Ole Miss. It's about who is playing well at the end of the year.

Right. As an OSU fan I reminded you that rankings are as of right now. You think I forgot last year? There is nothing I wrote that is incorrect. Buckeyes had a bad loss and were punished with it by being #16 for weeks until they made up for it by beating two good teams. Bama has a bad loss and nothing, and their wins are looking worse and worse. Wouldn't be surprised to see then ranked #1 this week for their big win over another insanely over rated SEC team. It's fact, nice try though. As usual you post out your rear and have zero actual knowledge of the process.

Again, you are putting way too much credence on in conference schedules. SEC teams play cup cake city out of conference, and rarely travel north of MD line. Even when Bama plays someone OOC is neutral, never on the road.

The conference schedule is so rough in the West can you blame them for playing a average non-conference schedule? I mean yes Auburn, A&M, and Ole Miss are down a little but it's still the best conference in the game. Baylor, OSU, Oklahoma St., and OU could not go through the SEC West without more than one loss.

So the second place team lost to Toledo and your still spewing that? Ok.
