Tilghman have a chance here?

I think it's a single digit game either way, honestly. Could/should be a great game.

I would give the edge to PT, if it were there. But, it's not. So I might give Etown a 3 or 4 point edge.

On the turf with all that PT speed...I will give the nod to PT in this one. Close game though. 28-21 PT but would NOT be shocked to see it go to the panthers.

This is the game I have waited for after the Adair game. If Cecil gets loose it will be a long night for Paducah. I doubt they let him beat them because they will key on him I'm sure. Paducah will need to move the ball to be successful. Otherwise Etown will win this ball game. If it's close I want to see how we respond. We haven't been in a close game all year. That will be interesting to see if it happens on Friday. I can't wait!!

I think Etown might have a little speed too . . .

Etown has one maybe two with speed like PT. Wasnt the North game close because the score sure makes it look that way

Etown 34-28 over North. Caldwell 49-35 over North. Caldwell 46-27 over PT, if you want to talk comparisons, and thats after North made trip to Caldwell. I think you could argue North better than PT. Either way, dont think Etown will be overwhelmed by PTs speed.

And PT has to come to Etown, think long bus ride wont have an affect?

Team speed (not just 2 or 3 kids)...that is the difference. IMO. Having seen both play in person, that will be the difference. Mike Rogers is a Mark Brown disciple in the wing-t, so comparable were the two when I have watched them and that is my observation. PT has more kids, and more that can flat go...but that's why they play the game!

The Caldwell/PT game was a lot closer than the final score shows. It was a one score game going into the 4th quarter but Caldwell scored to make it a two possession game late in the 4th and then had a Pick 6 at the end to seal the deal. PT's starting QB also went out with a shoulder injury early in the 2nd quarter and never returned. PT is rolling right now and is going to be very tough to beat. This should be a great game.

Just on what I've seen of both teams, I like Paducah Tilghman.

However, Tilghman can be kinda flaky. World beaters one week, down the next.

Tough to call, but I like Tilghman by a TD, just because I think they have more athletes.

If you think Etown only has 2 or 3 kids with speed then you haven't watched them play. Cecil isn't the only weapon. Teams that have tried to focus on him have found out that Cates, Sullivan, Becherer can all hurt you out of the backfield along with Payne and Sullivan in the pass game.

I think this will be a great game!

Both well coached! Etown being at home is definitely an advantage!

PT has played far and away the more difficult schedule. If I'm Coach Rodgers I do everything I can to get on the score board first as Etown hasn't played from behind maybe this entire season. But Coach Brown will definitely have his team ready. Want to think on this one a little more before making my prediction.

PT's team speed on defense should make it tough for Etown. I also think PT's defensive front could give Etown some trouble. That said, I think Etown has become more balanced offensively this year. I think they do a better job blocking on the perimeter as well. Etown probably doesn't match PT's team speed defensively, but they seem to play well together. Should be a great ballgame. Hopefully, the turf will negate any weather conditions.
