There should be another crew of officials suspended this week.

The ones from the Nebraska/Michigan State game. Just a horrendous job by the crew and replay official.

We're at an all time low, 2 games decided in 2 weeks now.

I didnt watch the whole game but the announcers said something about how the officials sure made up for all the bad calls against Nebraska with the call at the end.

Is replay allow to review whether he was forced out?

It was related, the call stood after replay.

No. They cannot use replay to determine if went out on his own or if he was forced out.

Is there a clear video of it? The ones that I've seen on-line all start with the Nebraska player already out of bounds.

Off course giving up 499 yards to Nebraska may have been a bigger reason they lost...

The video they showed on ESPN, it was obvious he was not forced out, and also he did not try to return to the field immediately.

Thanks...all I've seen were Vines and some video a guy made with his phone from his TV.

What's the rule on restblishing yourself in the playing field? He did have two feet in before he caught the ball.

College will need to go to simplified rules - like some of the rules in HS.

The 'non-reviewables' are due to 'judgement calls'. Its getting clear that judgements are not so good.

So in this case - it should be - if you are out of bounds, you are out of bounds. No question of 'being forced' or not being forced. Then the play is objectively reviewable and can be corrected correctly.

Take the guess work out of officiating and make the reviews easier and faster.

Well they certainly did.

Well they certainly did.

During the game, they said the refs were verifying out of bounds, not if he was forced or not.

IMO there was no reason to review if he was out or not. That was obvious to everyone.

I think the fact that they reviewed it, muddied the situation. It made a whole lot of people think they were looking to see if he was forced.

The team most excited about this call is Michigan.

If OSU beats Sparty and then Michigan beats OSU then Michigan goes to the B10 championship game.

Exciting finish in the B10.
