Final per the update thread.

We were all pulling for the upset to be at home next week. Good try Rowan congrats to Scott on the win. Sounds like a pretty even game.

It was a heck of a game !! Scott stayed the course and won a game where they were tested on every level!! Way to make history Eagles !! Keep Hammering!

Wow head scratch-er.

Wow head scratch-er.

Thought so too. I thought Scott would win more convincingly. Never know though.

This seemed to be a great game. Thought Rowan may pull the upset for a while.

Believe me Rowan played their tale off !! Went deep into the playbook and called every gadget play their was !! And they never punted !! Every possession was "4 down" territory, no matter where they were on the field !

Thought this would be a blow out. Did Scott's offense fizzle in the first half?

Agreed.

That must be a strong district if Rowan County is the 4-seed.

Great game by both teams. Scott is as advertised & majority on here are selling Rowan short.

Rowan had very good size up front, 2 quick backs (QB #8 &RB #3) & 1 lineman-sized RB #45. Looked like most on Rowan went both ways.

#7 for Scott had a huge game on offense.

#46 seemed to make every tackle on defense for Scott.

#45 carried the load & some Eagles on offense for Rowan.

Team effort on defense for Rowan

Ping-Pong game with Scott coming up with a huge 4 & 1 stop late to set up the go ahead TD & a INT to seal it.

#46 (Trey Hicks) had 25 tackles last night !!! Wow!!

I am wondering how Scott gave up 26pts to Rowan? This really surprised he!!

When it's all said done Nelson Perrin #7 maybe the best athlete to have ever walked the hallways at Scott

Nice effort tonight by the Vikes. Sad to see them come up short but definitely nothing to hang their heads about. You took a top 10 team in their respective class to the wire on the road when no one gave you a chance. You represent the district well.

Scored on a triple reverse pass . They threw a lot of gadgets at the Eagles . They had a lot of success with misdirection and counters and motto mention #45 for Rowan was big and ran hard .
