Bengals 31 Browns 10

YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES! This is the best Bengals team since '88. We have been through a lot as a fan base. Including watching the Steelers win our super bowl in '05-'06. This is our year buddy, either get out of the way or your going to get run over.

or in this case be 100% right yet again, and deep down you know I will be, it's just reality friend, try it sometime. goodbye for now.

Don't worry my friend, they won't, they'll let you down yet again at the end of this season, don't worry.

Even if they do. I'll be back. At least I don't have to live my life with your attitude. Nothing is going to shake me buddy. I was at every game in '02 cheering as loud as ever buddy. Whose fan base were you tearing down that year? Was Tom Brady not quite good enough to lead the Pats to the super bowl then? C'mon man you're going to lose. Give it up.

Change of topic: Who-Dey! The crowd last night was as loud as ever! Already excited for next Monday night.

OK, great the Bengals are 8-0, but what have they won to this point, besides some of the fan base back? If you want to go get a T-Shirt that says Bengals 8-0 have at it my friend. When will the people and fans of Cincinnati demand more from there sport franchises then just be leading and or being relevant during a season, only to be let down once the playoffs start, when? It's OK to be excited about what the Bengals have done to this point, but year after year, they have done nothing but come up short every time. This year will be no exception with Dalton leading them into the playoffs, we've seen this same movie before. Yes, maybe this team can and will win a playoff game, which most of you would die for, not me, I want my teams to win Championships, not just win a playoff game here or there, which again most of you on here are just fine with, which is comical. I'll be first to come on these boards and eat crow, IF this Bengals team wins the AFC Champ. or Super Bowl, again that ain't happening with Dalton behind center, period, end of story.

I guess Simon Kenton needs to fire Marksberry because they will never win a Championship with him as head coach. Dalton has been with the Bengals less than Marksberry with Simon Kenton and the only time they sniffed the championship game is when they had the easy road in and how many points did they lose by? Marksberry needs to go.

And I agree with, the Bengals should trade for Brady or Rodgers so they can win a superbowl. Because elite qb's just grow on trees.

Moving on...

Saw this happen live last night and posted it in the update thread. Tez is a tool for this.

Vontaze Burfict abuses camera during first quarter

He's definitely a guy I would loathe if he didn't play for the Bengals. But in the meantime...Who Dey!

This game was a Tale of Two Halves. Johnny Football was making it tough on us because we kept letting him out of the pocket as we all saw. Bottled him up in the second half and he just cannot throw the ball well/accurately. I will say his receivers did not help at all. Gabriel has bricks for hands.

My only concern is Jeremy Hill. He looks a little slower and is not getting to hole as quickly as last year. Something isn't right and I have no idea what it is. Don't know if physical or mental. When Gio is in the game with basically the same plays he finds the holes and is getting the extra yards.

Other than that, they just plugged along tonight in workmanlike fashion. It is aleays good to beat a division opponent.

Agree on Hill... Too much dancing. No RB has perfect blocking set up every time, but Jeremy dances side to side even when there is a hole. It's weird, because he exploded through holes last year.

It does seem like there are several times a game where Hill could make more yards just driving up the field yet he attempts to sidestep. When it works it's a big play but it doesn't seem to work enough to keep trying it.

? considering both Smith and Whitworth will be gone after this season, I highly doubt it. Bodine was bad last night, kept getting beat all night long, and blown back into the back field as well. Next year this Bengals team will be back to it's 6-10 ways soon enough, don't worry, with a HUGH contract extension for Dalton who will have still won nothing in the BIG PICTURE.

Um, you aren't paying much attention to the 2015 Bengals, are you? Whitworth signed a one-year contract extension through 2016.

I can understand how someone can be so pessimistic. I am in the show me group too. But, anyone paying attention, can see that this Bengals team is better than previous versions including Andy Dalton. Yes, they still have to prove it in the postseason but I am more optimistic about their postseason chances than I have been in a long, long time. If you can stop living in the past and look closely at 2015, you will get more optimistic also

As a long suffering Bengal's fan, all I can say is enjoy the ride. They must be doing something right because the haters are starting to come out. That doesn't happen when you are 4 and 4. IF they can stay healthy, they should finish 13 and 3, or 12 and 4. I think the Denver game will be a big factor if they can get the first round bye or if they play wildcard weekend. Who Dey!

I can't stand his antics. I wish he would just stop the extracurricular garbage and play football as he's exciting to watch. He should have to pay for any damage to the camera and it would be a nice touch for him to apologize to the cameraman and get him gift certificate to one of the top steakhouses in town.

Reality is the Bengals are 8-0. Some bitter 30 year "fan's" prediction for the future is nowhere near reality. Pick a new word, my friend.

And as far as history being the biggest indicator, please show me where in history the Bengals ever started 8-0. It would seem to me they are writing a new story this season. Also, last time this franchise started out this well they lost in the Super Bowl on an unbelievable drive by a player who has been considered the best to ever do it by some.

I automatically skipped over every post from SKneer once I saw he had Matt Ryan on his list of QB's "better than Dalton"... Lol!

Agree.

More GM's rank Ryan higher than Dalton, and IF he was on this Bengals team, they would be even better, remember he has won a playoff game as well, just saying.
