Some people just can't enjoy a win, can they? :lol2:

No. We all know there are people who just always look at life from a negative viewpoint. Don't let them bother you, just be glad you're not one of them.

I get the history but right at this point to date AD is outplaying all but 2-3 QB's in the league.

Here is the question, IF any of the QB's I just posted played for the Bengals I think they would be better then Dalton, and have a much better chance to go deep in the playoffs, read the question thoroughly.

or reality in this case.

You need to read my response thoroughly.

Manning HAS won a playoff game, and Super Bowl, what's the Red Pop Gun done in the playoffs, answer, lost 4 times. It's a WHOLE different animal come playoff time.

So history is the best predictor of future results? Good to know, I'm about to enter my picks in the pick em pool for state champs. I was going to pick SK to go far, but using your criteria I will look for them to once again exit early. Thanks for the help.

or reality in this case.

No problem with reality, I'm just enjoying what is happening at the moment and will let the future take care of itself. The Bengals are winning and are in the conversation about top teams. I love that. I know NE and Denver will be huge obstacles, I think every Bengals fan realizes that.

Just a question, are you as negative on Simon Kenton knowing they have zero chance of winning a state title or are you enjoying their outstanding season to date?

So many positives going on for this team right now, it's exciting to watch. What's really encouraging is that our two top picks from last year have not been thrown into the mix and have had a chance to heal up in one case and gain experience in the other. That really bodes well for the O-line in the future for AD's continuing to perform.

? considering both Smith and Whitworth will be gone after this season, I highly doubt it. Bodine was bad last night, kept getting beat all night long, and blown back into the back field as well. Next year this Bengals team will be back to it's 6-10 ways soon enough, don't worry, with a HUGH contract extension for Dalton who will have still won nothing in the BIG PICTURE.

Such a sad outlook, really feel for people like you who can't enjoy the present for worrying about the future.

Let's see, high school football, vs. pro football, apples and oranges my friend, and BTW, SK has a better chance of winning a state title then the Bengals do winning a Super Bowl.

So I see you're just a pessimist when it comes to the Bengals, got it.

The Bengals will win a Super Bowl before SK ever gets close to a state title.

Yet another thread in the football forum rendered unreadable....Just sad.

OK, great the Bengals are 8-0, but what have they won to this point, besides some of the fan base back? If you want to go get a T-Shirt that says Bengals 8-0 have at it my friend. When will the people and fans of Cincinnati demand more from there sport franchises then just be leading and or being relevant during a season, only to be let down once the playoffs start, when? It's OK to be excited about what the Bengals have done to this point, but year after year, they have done nothing but come up short every time. This year will be no exception with Dalton leading them into the playoffs, we've seen this same movie before. Yes, maybe this team can and will win a playoff game, which most of you would die for, not me, I want my teams to win Championships, not just win a playoff game here or there, which again most of you on here are just fine with, which is comical. I'll be first to come on these boards and eat crow, IF this Bengals team wins the AFC Champ. or Super Bowl, again that ain't happening with Dalton behind center, period, end of story.

Unbelievable. Let people enjoy their success. No one needs your negative attitude on here. You ruined a perfectly good thread on here for absolutely no reason than to disparage other people's happiness. By the way, these aren't the same old Bengals. I believe in Andy. I believe in Marvin. I BELIEVE IN THE BENGALS! You are simply wrong my friend and in time you will come to find it's true.

so you like to read fiction, I get it. I'd rather read non-fiction.

You say Negative attitude, I say REALITY, my friend, something you who-deyers can't see because it's just the reality, yet again for this Bengals organization.
