Kid committed at half time of national championship. Was kind of out of the blue and had never been on campus. Has been taking visits since day 1, so while everyone hoped it would stick it's almost been expected, which is why Meyer went and got the kid out of NC. Harbaugh hired a New Jersey high school coach on his staff and he has been making great in roads with Walker and Rashan Gary. Most think he ends up either there or south. Tennessee has a QB from Jersey committed, could be a possibility.

Uhhhh.....thus the medical hardship comment. Same thing happened to Carlton Davis at OSU, difference is the medical staff refused to clear him to play and he to was offered a free education. It's a skeleton offer, what 18 year old kid is going to quit football over a knee injury? Falcon will go elsewhere, as Davis did. Guess thats the difference in relevance vs irrelevance. Nobody cares what Michigan does. I have no issues with it, just find it ironic. Just like when he cut 5th year seniors. Meyer and Saban were the devil for doing it, and was usually when Michigan Man would claim it would never happen at a school that cares about kids and their education.

Agreed, this happened with Derrick Green the top back in the country a few years ago who was dancing with OSU and Michigan. Meyer got tired of it and said go to Michigan and went and got some kid named Ezekiel Elliott.
