Caffeine is the least of your worries my friend, lol.

16-24 oz of coffee in the am. Mountain Dew 16.9 oz bottles x4-5 im the afternoon/evening.

I've cut out all coffee and soft drinks, or any drinks with caffeine for about two years now. Once I got over the hump I feel a lot better.

Wait...you drink 4 or 5 Mountain Dews a day?! Dude, that's too many.

0.

In hard training cycles maybe 10 per week with chocolate milk.

Keep in mind this is liquid consumption. I'm sure I get some caffeine from other sources, in particular chocolate.

I've quit all soft drinks at least a dozen times. Works for a bit. I actually get over the caffeine withdrawal pretty quickly.

I then go to Skyline and say "well I have to have a Pepsi with my food" and start the gradual decline back into regular consumption. Weak.

Naaaaa Pepsi and orange crush for me (caffeine free though) normally 6 cans a day.

Im with you @Clyde, done this several times myself, always go back. If I could stay off those and cheese........

Ms Slick drinks so many diet dews a day you wanted believe. I hate to try to even count.

I've largely cut caffeine out of my intake. I'll have a coffee or a latte when I'm dragging and have a long day out on the road, but that's about it. I may have a cup of coffee once a week.

I drink two-to-three strong coffees (but 8 oz. variety) a day. It is my vice. I only drink water other than that and only occasionally a social drink like beer or wine. Luckily, I never really got into soda that much although I do like most of them, but will rarely partake.

On a normal day I drink two 10 oz. French Roast Starbucks and one of the same in the evening made in my Keurig. I drink one 7.5 oz. can of Pepsi mid morning. And usually an 10 oz glass of tea for dinner.

so 45-50 oz daily.
