I think we all see that the NFL is close to allowing a team or teams to move to LA. Right now the Raiders, Chargers and Rams are the leading candidates to move to lala land.

The Raiders are former LA team are wanting to move back because among other things Mark Davis the Owner of the Raiders doesn't want to make anything easy on the NFL. Oakland is becoming more and more viable with the up turn of the economy and there are people involved in the ownership that may have enough sway to get a new stadium built in Oaktown. IMO all Davis wants is to either get a new stadium or move the team to LA to raise the value and then sell it for a boat load of money and retire to a private island.

The Chargers currently "Own" southern California right now as far as the NFL goes. The Chargers are looking to move 2 hours north to LA themselves. Currently in negotiations with local government for a new $1.1Billion dollar stadium the Chargers don't like the site and want it moved to down town. The city is aggressively trying to get a deal done before the NFL timeline on relocation comes to an end, but at this point it seems as if the Chargers have quit negotiating with the City.

The Chargers and Raiders would in all likelihood share a stadium that was at least partially built with public funds.

The Rams with the lowest attendance in the NFL are looking to move back to LA also. Rams owner has property next to the Staple Center and is willing to build a multi Billion dollar stadium with private funding.

On the surface it would look lie a slam dunk that the Rams would be the ones to move to LA. But it takes 24 owners to agree with that and it seems as if the Chargers owner has enough owners in his pocket to block the Rams move. Stan Kronke isn't a favorite of some owners and that as much as anything could cost the Rams a chance to move back to LA.

The nightmare scenario for the NFL is if all three teams apply to move and one or more teams get turned down and then have to try to win back the fans they tried to leave. At this point it isn't know which if any teams have officially applied to relocate.

The Rams. Then we can move the Cardinals back to St. Louis and things will be right again.

The Rams would make the most sense as they have the least amount of support of the three teams. IMO, the Raiders would be a good fit though.

Rams are headed to LA.

That'swhat I've thought also, but the Chargers owner really seems to be pushing the other owners to block that. Last time I heard this discussed a week or so ago they said that the Rams didn't have the votes to move as of right now.

Then what would all of the other owners use as leverage against their cities for new stadiums? Are they going to threaten a move to St. Louis or Oakland? Yuck.

Chargers are going to file to move to LA when the window opens in January. I wish the Raiders would move back. With renovations coming to the Coliseum and the fact they play in a baseball stadium right now, it seems perfect.

If Chargers and Raiders go to LA they will share a new stadium, the Coliseum would only be a stop gap until new stadium is opened.

Right now I don't think one can go without the other going. As neither has the funding to build a new stadium in LA.

Rams are sitting there with land right next to staples and money to build right now, but NFL politics may keep them from returning home.

Jacksonville somehow got a team. And hosted a Super Bowl. Figure that one out.

LA will get a Superbowl as soon as new Stadium gets open I'd guess.

The Rams for selfish reasons. One less time the Seahawks have to travel east.

And it would make things right again. Go ahead. Admit it.

Kroenke is such a piece of work. I love the guy because he blocked Shad Khan from buying the Rams and because of that Jacksonville got him. I ultimately think the Chargers or Rams will be one of the teams. On a hunch I'll guess Rams.

Agreed. Rams belong in L.A.
