Highlands 41 Ryle 7 (Frosh)

Featured Replies

Both schools are loaded with good kids who happen to be good football players. I hope the rivalry grows. Makes Friday nights a lot more fun.

I agree with NKY playing each other each year. Win or lose it's fun to compete against HHS just because of their history. And you guys get really worked up. Great entertainment!

Do I need to re-direct you to the Ryle vs Cooper or the Ryle vs SK threads? :D

Exactly....

My Cooper guys that I'm friends with said that when Cooper beat Ryle that a few of their fans showed their "BEE"-hinds that night....Wow! Really? It's High School Football....Talk about getting upset!

When I was a senior Nick Behymer, Rob Smith and Mallone? were freshman and they all dressed for varsity. Mallone kicked off. Behymer was on kickoff and rob smith got in on D line. That is one year, I remember others as well. year before that brent grover and brian barre dressed and were on kickoff. before that adam Gramstad played rb for fresh and jv. and lorenzen dressed for varsity as a 3rd backup when we were freshman.

Now I am calling BS on all of this. Behymer was the last frosh to earn a varsity letter and he graduated in 2002. The next frosh to earn a varsity letter as a frosh is currently playing.

I will stand by what I said, Huddleston will not play varsity football next year.

From a parent who's kid split time and played up. My oldest was happiest when playing alongside his classmates and friends. Playing up didn't mean that much to him. Even was a burden to him at times. Lesson learned was let'em play where they feel comfortable and they will be better for it.

What are you saying is BS? None of what you said contradicts what Birdman said.

BS is against the rules guys.
