There was a foul ball and a home run hit. Both balls came in to centerfield. He threw them to the SS who rolled them to the third base umpire. He flipped them to Coach Whitaker and he decided to pause, than roll them directly in front of Curley into his dugout. Curley kind of looked at him like he's crazy. Typical Mac...BUSH!!!

Thats what I was thinking, but thought...well hoped it was an accident, but apparently not.

Yeah right. He's way to heady for that to be an accident.

Congrats to the Tigers on advancing! Anyone have a game recap on the scoring and how Curley did? (assuming he pitched from post #19)

BW got 4 runs in the 4th on 4 errors in the inning, and then one in the 5th on an errror.

And HC's # 4 hitter, hit a solo HR in the 6th.

(I might be wrong on the innings BW scored)

Harrison self destructed in the 4th inning making at least 3 of their 6 errors in the inning. Beechwood has a pretty good team, but Lewis pitched well for the Breds. Curley pitched well, but didn't seem to throw as hard as Moore. Best of luck to them as they do battle at Applebee's Park. So other than Moore, have most of them grown up in the Beechwood program?

Thanks FF. How'd Curley look on the mound?

He looked pretty good, he had the first runner get in in the 1st 4 innings, but got out of it everytime. (2 hits 1 walk and 1 error)

The errors just killed HC tonight.

Yes it did. The youthfulness of their team caught up with them, while the more mature Senior filled Tigers were able to play small ball to perfection.
