Woman with CCD shoots at a shoplifter

I don't know. I give Run to State the nod on most pro-gun. :D

Kinda like a coupled entry at the track. 1 and 1A. You win if either one finishes first.

I'm terrible with acronyms...does CCD stand for Concealed Carry Disorder?

For this woman, yes.

It porbably should say CCDL and not CCD. I think I am familiar with it being called a CCD even though I think the proper acronym is CCDL. Conceal Carry Defense License is what I think it stands for but I am not 100% sure.

Ah...:ohbrother:

Thanks for clearing that up. :thumb:

I would never fire unless there is a life threatening threat towards you or your family. If people are there to steal, stand your ground and try to run them off, if they are there to hurt or kill, then unload on them.

I like to believe that I'm the strongest pro gun person on this site. With that said, this women should be charged. She had no business opening fire.

A already stated RTS might take the title on this subject. However, with that said, I think there are several others with just as strong a stance on the subject as well. I would throw myself in that mix, @spindoc, @Jumper Dad and a few others.

The few and the proud!

I'd have to nominate @Bert as well. He's

a man who knows his way around the pistola.

He's totally old school. He doesn't like these newfangled inventions....like the wheel.

So after doing some reading is this the lady from Michigan? If so Michigan has a fleeing Felon law that allows citizens to use up to deadly force on someone who committed a felony and attempting to flee .

If this is true as I read the court case could be interesting.
