October 5, 201510 yr I'm actually a little bit surprised that there are books written by former Secret Service agents. It doesn't really bother me at all, but it seems like they would have to sign some sort of strict NDA as a condition of employment . Surprisingly they do not sign a confidentiality oath, it's more of an unwritten rule that you don't talk about what you see. I remember back in the 90's when there was a book about Kennedy's affairs and some of the agents were quite upset that others had talked.
October 5, 201510 yr I remember in that book written by the former secret service agent, Hillary was probably the most hated First Lady with Nancy Reagan at #2. But I'm pretty sure Bill was fairly well-liked, as were most of the Presidents. That is what I recall as well from the book. Nancy seemed like a piece of work.

I've never or will ever hit a woman, but if she said that to me like that I may make an exception. Its called manners and she needs some.

The book said that Nancy was very controlling & was one of the most disliked people they had to serve. Lyndon Johnson was the same, as well as the entire Carter family. They didn't care for Al Gore, Richard Nixon, John McCain, & GWB's twin girls. They liked Gerald Ford, both Bush Presidents, the Cheney's, Bill Clinton, Tipper Gore, Cindy McCain, Joe Biden, & the Obama's. They loved Ronald Reagan, Barbara Bush, & Laura Bush. The book also greatly detailed JFK's & LBJ's sexual escapades, but said that Bill Clinton's extracurricular activity was greatly exaggerated. But as to this original thread topic, Hillary was on the level with Nancy Reagan, LBJ, & the Carter's.
