People that show no respect (aka the girl my roommate has had over to my house a few times that still hasn't said a single word to me).

People that walk aimlessly and or stop to have a conversation at the mall, clogging the walkway. In general people that are unperceptive of their surroundings.

 

Airports too!

Sitting near or next to someone in a restaurant who is having a five/ten minute phone conversation. Typically, these people talk very loudly.

 

Especially if my back is turned to them, it is hard for me to listen to one side of a conversation in a restaurant.

My wife has a bad habit of just setting lids back on jars, cans, etc., instead of putting them on correctly.

 

Using the last roll of TP and not putting a fresh roll on.

 

My wife also leaves her shaver in the shower without the blade guard. I've knocked it off the shower shelf a couple times and cut my toe/foot.

 

Being "cheap" with gifts. I hate to keep picking on the wife but she is cheap when buying gifts for people. She still spends the amount we spent in the 70s.

Able bodied people that go through check out line at Kroger & will not begin to bag their own groceries when no bag person is present.

In addition to that, able bodied people who fly swiftly and dangerously through crowded grocery store parking lots pulling into a handicapped spot showing no visible sticker, or any visible handicap, then jump out of their car to run into the store because they're disrespectful, and it's all about them, and they're in a hurry.

 

Parents with small children lacking the sense to pay attention to their kids while walking through a crowded busy grocery store parking lot, entering or leaving.

 

People who are oblivious that there is a constant flow of customers entering or leaving a grocery store and opt to stop dead in their tracks to start texting on their phone as they are entering or exiting the store, making people behind them have to stop in their tracks.

 

People who fly out of aisles within a grocery store without looking to see if anyone else might happen to be passing by as well, because again it's all about them, and they're in a hurry.

 

People in grocery stores who change their minds about the milk, meat, or eggs they had placed in their carts, and opt to leave them on a shelf, in say the cereal aisle instead of taking them back to where they had originally found them.

 

When you draw attention to a biodegradable item to a grocery store employee that had been left astray, and only God knows for how long, and they try to sneakingly put it back on the shelf without taking the proper measures of having it discarded.

 

People who will hog a grocery store aisle placing their cart in the least strategic spot so that they can text on their phone, paying no attention that they are blocking the flow.

 

Through your rear view mirror you witness someone driving behind you while texting, and it's obvious through every stop sign or stop light their breaking reactions aren't what they ought to be, and it makes you nervous thinking that at any given time they might slam into the back of you because they are irresponsibly multi-tasking.

 

When someone in front of you at a red light won't go when the light has changed to green because they are texting and not paying attention.

 

People in public places speaking loudly on their cell phones so that everyone can hear their conversation, or Joe Important Business Guy walking past you out of the blue speaking loudly on his blue tooth making you think that he's talking to you when his conversation must be so important that everyone near him needs to hear it.

 

When approaching a light or stop sign and someone from the right intersecting lane cuts into your lane while turning, forcing you to stop well before the intersection because otherwise you will crash into them because they're technically in your lane.

 

When sharing a two way street with another motorist coming from the opposite direction, and they insist on driving down the middle of the street instead of staying in their lane on their side and giving you enough room on your side, so you have to carefully proceed or stop, or otherwise there will be an accident.

 

When pedestrians walk down the sidewalk texting and make it your responsibility to not run into them because they're not paying any attention to other pedestrians.

 

When heading down a two lane road a motorist will continuously and dangerously hop from lane to lane cutting everyone off every step of the way because it appears to be that to them they're on a speedway racetrack where they're only content that they are always ahead of everyone else.

 

People who block traffic by double parking on the street when they obviously could easily have pulled into a parking spot instead.

 

When parked motorists fully open their car doors just as you are passing them, when they only had to wait one second for you to pass avoiding a possible accident, and you spontaneously shift to avoid them taking the chance of swerving into another motorist in another lane.

 

People who time their turn from an intersecting street onto a two lane street where while they do in fact have their own lane, and you yours, only a slight wide turn by them will have them hit you if they're not careful, and none of this near miss or possible hit had to happen if they had just waited a mere 1 1/2 seconds.

 

While you're power walking, a biker with headphones on will swiftly fly by you without warning, and if you had just slightly swayed in your path you would've been run over because you as a walker do not typically have a rear view mirror attached to you, and while they're off to the races they can't even hear you object to what they had done because of their headphones, and they're long gone anyhow. Of course if you're going to make a huge shift in your walk it's on you to carefully look first, but a slight shift shouldn't have you fearing for your life because some idiot was not courteous in their passing.

 

Jaywalking is fine, but prove that you have as much sense as a stray cat to do it when there's the least amount of chance of causing the motorists to have to swerve or stop dead in their tracks. Quite often in the inner city idiots will even flip you off or dare you when all you're trying to do is avoid running them over, and avoiding tragedy. It's even worse when you see parents training their kids to jaywalk improperly showing that the future generation will be equally, if not more ignorant than the current one.

 

Kids on bikes flying in and out of traffic with no warning.

 

People emptying their trash out of their car windows while driving, or dumping it all out onto the ground where ever they please because they're too damned lazy to properly dispose of it.

 

I once saw a man using a flat lidded city garbage can as his dinner table while eating KFC, and instead of placing his discards in the can that he was using, he threw them on the ground.

At Krogers you cant, because if you dont watch the screen, you will get overcharged on everything you buy. Kroger has one of the least accurate systems I have ever seen. If you dont watch how much items are ringing up, you are getting screwed big time.

I'll take that under advisement, but can't say I've ever had issue with such.

I've got a strange one...

 

When I'm at a party/social gathering/any setting with music, and the person controlling the music either A) Plays the same song more than once or B) Plays two songs by the same artist one after the other.

1) People who talk on their cell phone in a store.

2) People with greasy hair.

3) My wife leaving the hair dryer on the bathroom counter.

4) People who cannot do simple math (if my lunch is $5.76 and I give you $11.01, by definition I want a five dollar bill and a quarter in return!... not five ones two dimes and 5 pennies. DUH!)

Yes! And when she looks at the menu and can't find something she wants, you hear about too.

That's when you tell her that "maybe skipping a meal is not a bad idea." :popcorn:
