That idiot on the TWC Cable weather channel (Channel 2) who cannot seem to understand that a PITCHER dispenses water or throws a curve ball and what he is showing on the screen and asking people to send in is known in the English language as a PICTURE. That's PICK-CHURE. The "C" is NOT silent, nor soft, nor combined in some illiterate, off-handed way with the "T" to form some heretofore unknown spelling!!

Standing in a long line. Then a new clerk comes up, opens a new line, and the people at the end of line one rudely run to the new line to jump in front of the people in front of them in the original line. I find this rude and discourteous.

 

Additionally, it is on the new clerk as well to address the next person in line one to give them the first chance. This NEVER happens.

 

Many years ago, shortly after knee surgery (I was on crutches), Mrs. doomer was 7 months pregnant, and we were with a 2 year old waiting in a very slow Taco Bell line for dinner. This middle-aged lady (old hag) drove up in her Caddy, waltzed into the "restaurant" and immediately started complaining about the wait. Finally a second line opened, and she pushed by everyone else to give her order first. I called her out and the clerk, in a nice way and explained that everyone else had been waiting and that this lady broke line. Oh yeah!!, and the guy in front of us was a "hanger back"...meaning there was a disproportionate gap between him and the person in front of him. The lady replied, about the "hanger"...well he didn't say anything. So I replied, I don't know what his issue is, but we have been waiting a long time. I asked the clerk if she was going to wait on this lady...and clearly the clerk was clueless. We left the restaurant, and I never went there again. Cost them millions...okay maybe tens, but nonetheless, I will never forget this.
