I'm almost getting Deja vu. The final score is the same as the Trinity-PRP game, both were up 37-0 in the second quarter. Did Male's second string score their final touchdown, because if so that's an uncanny number of similarities.

Regardless of how impressive they look, I feel like nothing Male does right now really means anything. It's all about the postseason for them at this point. That elusive state title is still out there.

A few things of note...

 

PRP is a good team. Still have X, Manual, and Western after a bye next week.

 

The Panthers can run the ball well. Male adjusted but PRP kept coming.

 

Male has many, many weapons.

 

Male is well coached.

Males defensive average is stifling.

Anyway, yes, PRP is definitely a good team. It's just that any team will have a hard time with Male, good or not. Though PRP has already played St. X in a close one last week. Their remaining games are Butler, Manual, and Central. The first of which should be easy for them, the latter two should be interesting.

Amen...Compliments to Male defense. All the earth shattering offensive statistics and college players - the Dogs play great defense. Same group of guys that gave up 1 first down and 35 total yards to Trinity in the 2nd half. You can try to prep for all of the offensive weapons but my advice is you better be watching a lot of defensive film on Male. They very simply aren't giving up many points...hardly any at all!!
