I listened to the fourth quarter. Sounded like a lot of runs up the middle and taking a need to get the game over with.

 

They weren't a threat to win, but Lincoln has improved as the year has went along.

What is the diagnosis for Lincoln County's Tra Carey injury? He was carried off in the 4th qtr. Looked like a knee issue. Hope it isn't serious.

Overall good win for the Rebels. They didn't do, or try, anything spectacular. Just handled business and got out.

 

Boyle County will be going into a Bye Week. Their next opponent is Garrard County.

I'm sure Boyle County easily could have. 27-0 after one quarter. 42-12 after two quarters. I think it more or less Chuck Smith pulled the horses. No knock on Lincoln County because they played tough.

I agree I felt like at first he let off until I heard him from the BC sideline screaming about lack of intensity. If that is true and I felt like it was from where I was watching that is something BC needs to work on over this bye week. Starting this week they are preparing for a deep title run which will take intensity. If there ever was a coaching staff that could get it out of players its this one so we will see how if any things change in two weeks. I look for them to be an extremely focused and determined team I would hate to be the opposing team.

Two weeks to prepare for Garrard County, watch out!
