Did a news paper print that?

The point is, the thing in the first post about Davis is not new, then it was said that people have agenda's, these photos show that yes, that is correct. People have been calling Obama a Muslim, terrorist, and all sorts of things for years.

Then people like Trump won't correct someone at a town hall meeting, as it doesn't fit Trump's agenda.

It is a political cartoon. It is designed to make people think about a political issue. It does not say the Davis wants to throw gays off a cliff or behead them......read what the sign they are holding says.

Agreed. It gets people talking.

She wants her version of the Bible to be law. ISIS wants their version of the Quran to be law. There the same thing, each a version a Sharia law.

Historically speaking, both of these ancient Middle Eastern faith systems have plenty of violence-related baggage.
And that is why I said "current state" of the two religions in my original post. If one makes a dispassionate assessment of the current state of these two world religions, I think a reasonable conclusion to be drawn from such an assessment is that there exists a marked difference in the role of violence in Islam and Christianity.

This might be the stupidest post ever posted on BGP. IF not #1 no worse than top 5.

Can you expound on your observation?

Hatz in respect to everyone including the quoted poster no. If anyone thinks Christianity is like sharia law they have no idea of what it is and I think you know that.

Maybe here is video that shows more like what Christians stance are on this. Its not perfect but its a good watch. If anyone wants to kinda see how the Christians I know think about this, then watch. Or ignore. I think someone got in trouble for asking someone else to watch it.

oooohhhhh. The ray comfort movie. Spoilers below, but first a little history on my favorite nutball, banana man.

Ray is famous among secularists as the banana man. Not going to go thru the whole thing here, google it if you want a good laugh. Ray is a nut from Australia who makes a living from gullible Christians, by feeding them tripe. So he comes up with his banana analogy. He gives a big ole examination of the banana, and all it's characteristics, with the conclusion that the banana is so perfect for man, that it must have been created by God for man. (leaving out the possibility that God created man for the banana lol) Anyway, unknown to Ray, the banana is possibly the worst thing he could have picked for this point. The reasons are many, google again, but the most ironic reason is that the banana has been engineered by man, thru selective breeding, to be edible. Wild bananas are almost inedible. Anyway, that's just one reason out of many that make Ray's banana story backfire.

Well, after a good bit of ridicule, Ray admits the story was poorly done, and admitted that it did not support his point. But Ray has never been called honest, so after a while of enduring ridicule, he accused secularist of hacking his website and placing the banana story there to make him look stupid. So he is now, and forever shall be, Banana Man.

If you are interested in his movie, a spoiler rich review, so you can skip it and not have to throw up in your mouth.

The point of the movie is that Christians should save gays. Told thru three horribly acted metaphors. One, God/God's wrath is an elevator shaft that two gays plunge to their deaths in because the protagonist Christian did not give them a Bible before he got off the elevator. Two, God/God's Wrath is a guy robbing a convenience store and the Christian protagonist saves the gay hostage by hitting the robber in the head with a can of spinach. Three, God/God's wrath is a train coming down the track toward a stalled car with....you guessed it, a gay person in it. The Christian outside the car tries to save the gay person, but it impeded by the gay person's confusion.

Would have figured it would not have been up to snuff for you. But again for alot of you who are claiming all the hate from the Christians, alot sure are Hypocrites. Better hope there is no God, cause if so, some of you are in trouble the way you have mocked God, mocked people.

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."

Yes, if there is a God, and he is anything like what you think, I guess I will be in trouble. But threatening me won't change my mind. Evidence or proof would, but not bullying. Save your fear-mongering for someone else.

And God is in fact mocked. Most grievously by those who believe in him.

Maybe by some you know, not by the Christians I know.

God I believe in is exactly how the Bible says he is. He is not a contrived notion of pick and choose what one wants to believe Christianity. The Bible says there is only one way to Heaven, through Jesus Christ. No amount of good deeds done or being nice will get us there. We are supposed to act that way as Christians but it wont get us to Heaven.

All I am saying is read the posts. I have never said I hate anyone and I dont. I just dont agree and because of that I am marked a bigot and spewing hate when in reality read hard who is spewing the hate. I do not wish anything bad on anyone and would help anyone that is in need, whether its a gay person, Muslim, sinner, saint alike. But I dont have to agree with anything that I feel goes against what I believe. Never have I said anything bad to a homosexual person, but I will not bow to political correctness as to what I believe no matter the cost.

Well, I never said you hate anyone or called you a bigot. In fact, I said it was unfair to draw the comparison between Kim Davis and ISIS, so essentially we were in agreement up until you posted a link to that movie.

Then you said I was going to be in big trouble with God after I gave your movie a bad review.

The funny thing is less than 10 years ago, 75+% of people were against gay marriage...INCLUDING Obama and Hillary. Now if you are against gay marriage, many feel comfortable comparing you to ISIS. Pretty amazing to me the change.

I have no problem with gay marriage but I don't think those who are against it are evil. I think the pathetic excuses of human beings in ISIS are the epitome of evil.

A lot of older voting individuals died in that time frame. Also a lot of younger people who don't care what others do in their personal lives are of voting age now. A lot can change in 10 years.
