The undefeated streak came to an end for Scott last week in a 28-27 loss to Conner. For Scott, they gave up more points in one week than the previous three combined. This week they'll square off with Covington Holy Cross, a team likewise coming off their first loss, a 28-23 decision against Taft (OH). Last year it was all Scott as they cruised to a 48-14 decision. Any difference this time around?

Holy Cross is having one of thier "up" years , so far !! That is great to see for the Indians . I think the game will be kept close for a bit , but see Scott being too much for them . I say Scott by 2 Scores .

Scott. Running clock. Sorry, but I saw Taft play Wyoming. They are not even a mediocre team. Based on that alone I just think this one over early.

Dont know anything about Bethlehem and very little about Bellevue. I just was wondering because looking at scores Bethlehem seems ok.

So HC doesn't have a chance against anyone else besides Newport. What do you see in HC's remaining opponents that makes you think they can beat HC THIS YEAR?

Since Newport beat Bellevue, if you think Holy Cross beats Newport then it follows they should beat Bellevue. The jury is still out on Bethlehem, good record against a weak schedule. If I head to choose now, I pick Holy Cross to beat them. This game is a big game for both Holy cross and Scott as far as telling us how good each of these teams are.
