The Bastard Executioner | "First Look" Ep.0 Sn.1 | FX Networks

Series on FX. 14th century era.

DVR set up, looks like it could be really good.

So it's a time travelling "Son's of Anarchy".

I will probably watch, but for some reason my expectations aren't super high.

Kurt Sutter has never disappointed me so I'm in.

I'll need to remember to set the DVR tonight.

Same here. Hope it's good though.

I've saw some bad reviews. I'll probably still give it a shot though.

I made it 10 minutes, but I'm not invested at all.

I'm about 20 minutes in...and I don't care for it so far. Can't seem to stay interested.

I'm all in after episode one. The reason the first episode was 2 hours was to build the characters. Last hour was a roller coaster. Love it.

I couldn't get to the second hour

Different tastes I guess. I found the episode interesting and exciting. I love this time period and you don't ever really see movies from a Welsh point of view during this period.

I watched about half of the first episode. Hoped for more than it was. Was hoping it would be closer to King of Thrones type of series but it seemed too scrambled. Too much jumping around. Got bored with it too quick.

I was done after 10 min. Way too much blood and gore.
