Apologies. I was thinking of Larry Whelan. Got my players confused.

I was referring to the 16th but I don't know much about 15th region players either

Jordan Perry #1 , I think you could choose any of the kids I have on that list and be 2-22. As far as teams go I'd put Elliott, Morgan, Rowan, Boyd as the top 4. Lewis, East and West I also think will have a good year. But I think a lot of it will depend on if any teams (Rowan Co possibly) get some Freshman to step up, or maybe in Ashland's case some kids that are playing that sit out last year.

16th Region

Jordan Perry- Morgan Co

Christian Villers- Ashland

Larry Whelan- Rowan Co

Ben Jordan- West Carter

Najeh Banks- Morgan Co

Gage Hughes- Greenup Co

Bobby Anderson- Boyd Co

Cam Sparks- East Carter

Korbin Spencer- Elliott Co

Antwan Washington- Fairview

Chase Porter- Elliott Co

Hayden Roe- West Carter

Michael Prater- Morgan Co

Jake Parker- Lewis Co

Ethan Raby- Russell

Tyler Morris- Raceland

Alex Roy- Fairview

Dalton Brown- West Carter

Ryan Adams- Morgan Co

Trenton Walker- Lewis Co

Jake Mitchell- Bath Co

Cory Cornett- Menifee Co

What happened to Antrobus (spelling?) that transferred to Rowan from Pendleton?

I haven't heard Atrobus mentioned in a while. Did he for sure show up to Rowan for classes? And has his eligibility been determined yet?

I heard he is still going to Pendleton county.

I'm not sure why Rowan is getting all the love in the 16th??? Lost their leading scorer and another integral starter.

But didn't they get a transfer from the 10th region?

Apparently from Bball Legend he may not have transferred after all

Sorry for the confusion. Just talked to someone close to the Rowan county program. Antrobus is enrolled and attending Rowan county. As far as his eligibility is concerned, with his dad currently residing in Morehead I see no reason as to why he won't be ruled eligible. This boosts Rowan county's chances within the region tremendously. The kid is a great scorer!

Hoptown will go again you must not know the talent pool in Hopkinsville, purple pride I screen shot your comment for march of 2016, you will surely see.

What comment did I make? I have no clue what you are talking about.

I heard Whelan got injured (soccer I think) and required surgery. Sorry to hear that in a kids senior season. Does anyone have any details?

I believe he may be back in time for the soccer playoffs and shouldn't miss any basketball.

Campbell County is not only the favorite for the 10th region, but they are going to make some noise at the state tournament this year.
